Judging from the scan on discogs its Solaris, and it has the titles scribbled 
on the leftside and a list of initials of those involved(the thank you dept) 

i can make out "remember" as well, but the boxed text... man...

no clue whatsoever...

Why? They were made on a laptop anyway! ;-) Only kidding. I don't know
that for sure, and before anyone starts, I realized that I have many of
Mr Peteri's records, including an appearance on this slight oddity.
