Put it this way, my basement flooded into my record room one year when
we had some hurricane runoff. The first night after getting the water
out, I'd forgotten some reggae records down there and they were flowers
by the morning. I put the dehumer down there after cleaning again and
when I've got it on high, I can feel my skin cracking when I stay down
there too long. Fruits don't even mold they jusy dry out. It's cool.
I've left all kinds down there just to see. So...like, just make sure to
get a good one and over shoot your space coverage by half at least.

how well do those things work? with something like cardboard record
sleeves, i wouldnt mess around at all. id never even consider putting
my records in the basement.......
