Uh, time for you to catch up on history. Silverman sold the entire back catalogue of Tommy Boy to Warner-Chappell for less than $10 million. That included all the publishing. T-Girl and T-Boy Music LLC are both owned by Warner-Chappell. Silverman had to restart a new business under the name Tommy Boy Entertainment. He owns nadda in the publishing rights to Bam's music.
