yep, i meant tracks that use samples of "little sunflower".
but looking for other versions/re-interpretations of that song is a good
idea indeed.
thanx for the hint on leon thomas' version. what an amazing voice that
guy has. the dwight trible version is quite good, too. epic late night
jazz. but i prefer dorothy ashby's bossanova-esque version. perfect
summer music.
still tryin' to find milt jackson's version and the done by the "eat new
york ensemble". there might be more versions of it, but i only found the
5 interpretations mentioned above.
