No, I do not subject my children to loud levels of sound. The ears of
a child are not developed enough to deal with hi db, we adults should
not subject our self to hi db as well. It was just cool that they
got into the sound and wanted to hear it loud.

All but the smallest children tolerate wearing hearing protection just
fine, and in my experience they absolutely love the body vibrations
from deep bass.
I saw several small children at DEMF last year who were absolutely
jacking to Dan Bell...
