Seconds for barbarossa, nice place to snack / drink and smoke a big old hookah if you want. Decent down tempo, light house, but not really any place to dance. Gets crowded and can be tough to get a good table or pillow on busy nights.
For the dance club experience, RoJam remains the best bet. Huge crowds, mostly trancey stuff, but fun nonetheless. -----Original Message----- From: Mike Davis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, November 16, 2006 10:42 PM To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: (313) Shanghai! As for record shops, I couldn't find any -- everyone uses final scratch. Don't expect to sleep if you don't want to. Carry around the WRITTEN chinese characters of your flat/hotel.
