First off, he lives in the freakin' mountains out west in a cedar shingled house (garage matches it). That's big $ right there. He custom built the house to have this acoustically treated space above the garage so he could go out there and get away from his wife (I'm sure she's happy to have him out of the house too) and listen to his jazz music (evidence - framed pics of artists on walls). I bet his house is 5 times the size of this building in the first picture. He's a rich mofo. I like the way he's got a two seat sofa behind his single reclining chair - he imagines himself the be the captain of his freakin' musical ship.
