Hey,
I've just been offered a residency at an art/music space called Modulate
in Birmingham (http://www.modulate.org.uk). I'll be there from Apirl to
July. I'm wondering what the Birmingham techno scene is like - what
clubs to check out but also (and preferable) some more underground-like
contacts, myspace accounts to hit up for secret/private gigs, that sort
of thing...
Also contacts with promoters or producers/DJs in the city - there's a
chance I'll be putting some gigs on while I'm there.
Any info much appreciated.
