Just so you know, in London store sizes Phonica is a big store and is where lots of people shop. Personally I wont set foot in there because the service is shocking...
I prefer to spend my money with other stores....Piccadilly and vinyl underground both being excellent. Phonica the store that claims the sell new records but in fact are 2nd hand.... -----Original Message----- From: Antonio Alves [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 19 April 2007 14:55 To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: (313) OT: Phonica and the dirt Am I the only one to be pissed when supposedly new records arrive in the mail and then when you check them they're full of dust, fingerprints and even scratches?? I think it's the second time this happens to me with Phonica. Five out of the seven records I ordered where in poor VG condition, when they should be still sealed or mint... I mean, there's lot of arguments about Juno's 'superstore' kind of service and how you should favor smaller stores, but I've never had similar problems with them. The records come always pristine... >_< !!!! Antonio
