Just so you know, in London store sizes Phonica is a big store and is
where lots of people shop. Personally I wont set foot in there because
the service is shocking...

I prefer to spend my money with other stores....Piccadilly and vinyl
underground both being excellent.

Phonica the store that claims the sell new records but in fact are 2nd
hand....

mail and then when you check them they're full of dust, fingerprints and

I think it's the second time this happens to me with Phonica. Five out
of the seven records I ordered where in poor VG condition, when they
should be still sealed or mint...

I mean, there's lot of arguments about Juno's 'superstore' kind of
service and how you should favor smaller stores, but I've never had
similar problems with them. The records come always pristine...
