THE TRUTH
– You want the truth? Can You handle the truth! This is the tune
which begins its story where Strings of Life, Knights of the Jaguar
and Black Water ended theirs...
Thick, driving percussive beats, backed up by the piano riff of the
year. It's bound to have you hooked from the beginning. As the story
continues we are introduced to the strings. They, however, tell a
story of their own. On multiple levels. Listen and enjoy, and thou
shall find the truth as it unfolds before our ears.
Matador - 12 inch edit
- We're immediately invited into the arena. The Matador is getting
ready. The bulls are beating their hoofs. The trippy arpeggio lines
keep building up the tension, accompanied by the steady beat whit the
drone sounds and spacey effects. As the track progresses we learn that
the Matador is in control as he tames the bull into a nice breakdown.
The arpeggio line gets a Middle East flavor with a subtle Spanish
feel. The bull wakes up from his slumber and challenges the Matador
further into the dark corners of the mystical and mythical bull
fighting dance... However, it's the Matador that will show you the
depths of this dance.
Label Biog
Finest Blend is the output vessel of The Concrete Soul Collective. For
those unaware, The Concrete Soul is a Stockholm based production
collective dedicated to electronic music. The label itself has since
2003, made available to lovers of Electronic funk, a small portion of
what we have cooking at "The Funk Bunker"
