Just curious if anybody has any info on a detroit
electro outfit called Detronik? Supposedly they
are Dopplereffekt-related.
Please fill me in with the details.
o.k. heres the info. on this outfit. They are some experimental crazy guys
from detroit that think their going to mars and tvs are actually
communication devices that speak to alternate worlds. They primarily are
experimentors, however since their studio was once located in the submerge
building, they have adopted very electroish beats. They perform their sets
completely live and theres not much in their set that is even digital it is
mostly toys and crazy TR-606's which are normally very boring yet they sound
completely different now..trust me, i think they call them TR-666's or
something. Anyway you should check out what they do, the stuff they do is
more like some weird science show gone bad, and occasionally they use
explosives. And they probably will broadcast from mars this saturday since
they planned on hitching a ride there on a sattellite.
