Folks, don't believe the hype. I believe it was BMG New York, if anybody, who did this. And there are some very "preemptive" reasons why it's not being restocked. There's a lot more to the story and, legal proceedings permitting, I'll fill folks in who want to know. I just don't want to get too deep into this just yet for fear of violating or screwing up what's being worked on.

That the record in question was purchased in bulk, by a single shopper at
one NY store, is a fact.

For whatever reason the record seems not to have been restocked - this is a
good thing IMHO. Am I allowed to be pleased by Jaguar's absence from my
line of sight while shopping? I think so.

Am I happy that the record is not on the shelves where naive youngsters
might get their hands on it?:) Yup. Just be grateful I've not mentioned
who is rumored to have done the purchasing. I refuse to pass along
ridiculous speculation.

The injustice of the UR v sony/bmg drama pisses me off as much as anyone,
if not more. Excuse me for bringing a little levity to an otherwise grim
situation.

Peace,

Mark*
