I've heard that track between bunch of cheese back in 1994-1995 (if remeber correctly), when was listening to a local radio retranslating UK's OneFM with Pete Tong and there was even more spoken besides "lights, heat, strobe, sweat"...another sentence consisting of 3-4 words last one from which could be "beat" or "be". Sorry, my english wasn't as good at that time. But I really liked this sample, and was surprised and happy, when first heard this Black Flag's repress.
