Maybe this has been discussed before, but i don't recall seeing it..

What's the deal with that? Is that hook sampled from somewhere else,
are they borrowing from eachother...? It's the *same* sound. Maybe
Ben Sims IS Jeff Mills and we can put all those other arguments to
rest.. heh.
