That was Haruomi Hosono and the guy behind Sukia (can't recall his name).
Lot's of fun, but it might not be so easy to find. Very much ambient in
nature - think ambient with banjo. A scream, really.

More of an ambient/electronica/country hybrid that makes for some
seriously deranged listening. Samples David Crosby's masterwork, 'If
I Could Only Remember My Name', to superb effect on one track. Should
still be easy to find (on cd, anyway).
