Why do you want us to help make a change if you think we have no idea how the business works? I've been on the list for around 3 years, and although I've heard similar topics come up- I still think this is important to reconsider for veterans and newbies alike- and the fact that there are still differing viewpoints on the matter suggests that people do indeed need some insight.
