A lame Mad Mike production? Obviously you've never
heard the track he put out on Happy in about 1994 that was
a booty knockoff. I think he did one just to see what it
was like and never went there again :)
Some of the stuff on the Hype album was pretty naff too.
But then that was really the earliest UR stuff with a bunch
of hip house and you can really hear a lot of the pieces that
later emerged on the paths that both Mike and Jeff Mills took.
So I think we can forgive the cheeze!
It's too bad more people don't know or care about the house
stuff Mike has done. There's some really good ones.
Some of the house stuff on Happy is amazing. I heard the rumor that
there would be some new tracks on happy or that they whre workign on
it? Anyone who wants to share some info with us about that?
