He gets a fair bit of coverage in Jockey Slut - he has a sense of humour, so he'll dress up in women's clothing and send the whole media thing up. He's originally from Baltimore. He's into garage (classic meaning of the term - ie Paradise Garage eclectism). He has worked with the Basement Boys on projects by Crystal Waters and Ultra Nate. He's also collaborated with Jimi Tenor. More recently he contributed to an avant garde album by vocalist Nicole Willis (Tenor's other half) - Soul Makeover - which is great. In 1999 (?) Fulton put out his first album Life Is Water For Gerbadaisies When They Are Dancing. He's prolific as he records most of his stuff on an Imac notebook with a keyboard and even lays it down on planes. He was living in Melbourne and even started a night but then he had visa problems and went back to NY, before that he was in London. His music has come up before on the list, but you're right, he is great.
