Seems to be a japanese record label, they list in their CDs what looks like re-releases of hard-to find material, most a couple of Clear releases, and a mysterious "Transmissions from deep space radio" by Kevin Saunderson...http://www.bls-act.co.jp/catalog/pcd/electro.html Anybody know these guys ?
