Couldn't agree more. I was quite impressed with "since I left you" but, to
be frank, the other tracks I've heard have sounded like the worst of ninja
tunes about four or five years ago (when they churned out a hundred
'amusingly irreverent' sample-fests a week), and the Avalanches are no
Coldcut. Personally I can't see any stunning originality in this, and was
glad when this sound was put to bed. Could anyone explain exactly what all
the fuss is about?

sorry, but i've heard the avalances LP. to my ear its no more revolutionary
than anything Moby has done. bland watered down trip hop nonsense for
marketing execs.
