FE has #2 - or at least they had it. They're out of 3. S://kimo *might* 
have 2 &3 and atomheart music (in Montreal or Toronto - can't recall which) 
had 1 and might have all 3. I know someone from there is on the list, so we 
may hear definitively. I got my #1 from Vibes a long time ago, but Wilhite 
may just have some of them around.
