Could it be some other version of Energy Flash, by the same The Wire journalist ? Energy Flash came with an excellent CD, and even if I agree that Reynolds' view re : class and drugs can be questionable, it is an excellent read, the records lists at the end of each chapter are worth the book alone IMHO.
