though detroit/area now has other area codes
like 248, etc, 313 was the original area code
and has universal meaning as "313 = Detroit".
the 313 list is all about Detroit/detroit music and
things that can be related to detroit and detroit
music. (and not just detroit *techno* as some
might think, but detroit *music*).  so detroit
stuff is fine, things you can relate to detroit
stuff are fine, asking a question about neck
piercing (from an old thread :)), posts that
belong on a rave list, CCing or BCCing
mails to 313 "just in case the poster thinks
313 readers might want to read it despite
the fact it might be about nothing that can
be remotely related" etc/et al, ain't!
