I'll give you two possible responses:
Cover art? Hell, there are often as many white labels in
circulation as there are legitimate releases for a lot of this
stuff. Predominant color? Detroit is flat out B&W...
Titles? Either introspective ("My Soul") or inter-stellar
("Last Transport to Alpha Centauri")
IMHO, 313 music is ideally packaged in graphic design that
recalls comic book adaptations of Sci-Fi movies, or is so minimal
that it replicates simplified machine design. And titles for me
serve little function unless they support an overall theme for an
LP, a la X-102...
