In addition to Ron's passing Unique Distributors and Syntax Music Distribution went out of business.
Unique was almost all but out of house or techno and mostly R&B but Syntax seemed to be the best techno distributor in the US. Now, not only is there a problem to get techno into Europe but I'm wondering how European techno is going to make its way here. What US distributors are left other than Downtown 161, Crosstalk, TRC, Groove, and Forced Exposure? Mike Grant
