I don't think that there are many underground dance labels that are
directly or indirectly affiliated with the RIAA.  If you go to the
RIAA website they have a long list of labels under the heading
'Distributed Labels of Reporting Companies':

They claim many members that are not actually members, and they don't
keep the list up to date.  Apparently if any of your products end up
being distributed by an RIAA-affiliated distributor, the RIAA claims
you.  In practie, the policy direction and benefits of memebership
come from and go to the big 4 exclusively.
