I don't think that there are many underground dance labels that are directly or indirectly affiliated with the RIAA. If you go to the RIAA website they have a long list of labels under the heading 'Distributed Labels of Reporting Companies':

Apparently if any of your products end up being distributed by an RIAA-affiliated distributor, the RIAA claims you. In practie, the policy direction and benefits of memebership come from and go to the big 4 exclusively.
