The show isn't even happening in DC. Its happening in Fredericksburg,
which is maybe an hour away from DC.
Not that I pay close attention, but I have seen ads for decent techno
acts in DC. Kevin Saunderson played a few months ago and Autechre is
coming next month.
Problem is DC is about 2 hours from Richmond, which makes it too far
away to go on a weekday, which is when 99% of the acts I really would
love to see are scheduled.
I'm still amazed that this is happening in Fredericksburg of all places.
Hopefully, the promoters will continue bringing similar acts to the area.
