I think that's precisely the point and why people thought it was such
a bad thing.
lame, but still, i think the people who got so upset by it were
overreacting.
If he'd said "this is a 'version' of Dan's tune" then it would be a
little more acceptable.
As it is he lost any credibility he may have had at the time.
