Yeah, that's definitively true, "Sokinsikartep" has it too, less tweaked, maybe the original preset you are talking about. Thanks for your enlightenment Mr Peteri :)
Answering Frank, yes this "Circus Bell" remix is quite interesting. Indeed it's more accurate to call it a cover. The whole thing has a slight brasilian rhythmic touch, only the ambulance bells are kept, and it's melt with the Arp 2600 pattern too. Theses both are well layered.
