Wow, Kooky... I know Tom was guilty on the first account, as I remember when that threat happened, but on the other 3 guilty verdicts... where did you base your supporting evidence and where was the jury to define guilt or innocence?
I know here in America democracy is almost dead, but I thought we still had a process where a guilty verdict is found through providing evidence and having a group discussion determine guilt or innocence. Forgive me for bringing up the Hitler name again, but I think in this situation, it smells a lot like the Death of a Democracy. Kook, I know you've got long-standing beef with Tom, but try to at least put some sort of evidence like you did in the first guilty verdict. It'll make your argument a bit more viable and a bit less dictatorial a**hole.
