I've actually seen a couple reputable DJs to play an anemic hour of their
set before realizing the lows were killed at the mixer.
Ha! I accidentally did that for about five minutes of an Echospace tune (of
all things) during the last set that I played. It's true that you won't
often get a good feel for the bass levels out of monitors, but the
monitoring on the stage at Fabric is usually pretty full and clear.
