Aidy's service to me is so good I can't tell you about it or everyone would want it! (seriously).
One thing though is I get the impression (not having ever called personally) they're definitely a couple of guys who love music, surrounded by heaps of records with passion to the fore as opposed to Juno-efficient systems.
