We are currently searching for a Web Developer for our client in Minneapolis, MN Web Developer Minneapolis, MN Duration: 6 months Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Graphic Web Designer to assist with GUI development of new internal applications. The incumbent will work locally with other developers to create visually appealing front end interfaces for back end data systems. We seek a contributor with a good eye for clean attractive design, excellent illustration skills, and competent team player. The related internal tools are built on .NET and SQL technologies and will interface with MS SharePoint Services and MS Performance Point Server 2007. In addition to the skills listed in the CMS request, we'd prefer candidates with experience in the following: Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Web Development : Java, Web Development : HTML, Web Development : ASP, Web Development : SQL, Web Development : C# .Net, Web Development : Microsoft IIS, Design Skills & Tools : Data Warehouse Design, Source Code Control : Visual Source Safe, Analysis Skills : Business Analysis Project Description: We are looking for someone with 10 or more years technical background and 6+ years directly related web experience. Description: Acts as the highest-level technical expert on the development and implementation of highly complex, large-scale internet and intranet applications on diverse platforms, crossing multiple business lines. Uses expert knowledge of web technologies, including C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CGI, XML, Perl, ASP, multimedia applications, database modeling tools and/or database interactions. Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost-effective software/package solution. Provides leadership in researching and tracking new web technologies, developing service applications, and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Oversees system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
