The candidate(s) will be responsible for the planning and analysis of
business systems requirements for new systems, system changes or
enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT
resources and/or vendors. You will work with business partners to identify
practical solutions through existing or new business systems technology, and
will be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of
applications and other technology in cooperation with the business and
other areas of IT.
Key CRM ADMIN Responsibilities:
Support projects and on-going maintenance activities related to Client's CRM
and other related application systems.
Develop in-depth knowledge and proficiency of supported business areas and
engages business partners in evaluating opportunities for process
integration and refinement.
Conduct research on best practices and industry/functional trends.
Assist in the development of testing, training development/support, and
launch plans as required to aid in delivery of a quality product, designed
for user acceptance and adoption.
Operate as primary system administrator and application configuration expert
for MSCRM 4.0.
Maintain different CRM environments, deploying solutions from Dev to Test to
Production.
System Administrator duties include the following activities:
Document requirements and specifications for system implementation,
enhancements, develops consensus for those enhancements
Manage data loads and data quality
Create reports and dashboards for the management team
Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, and other system
configuration options
Train new end users on the application and trains existing users on new
features
Conduct regular workflow analysis and application review sessions among both
users and executives
Document processes and creates documents to communicate processes
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues
involving CRM operations
Assist with bulk imports of contact or account data after the go-live date
Maintain security profiles and access rights for users within the
application
Configure shared, custom reports
Escalate issues and work with MS Support as required.
Specific Developer Skills:
· MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Developer Plug-in , workflows
· C#
· SQL 2005 including SRS reports
· Visual Studio 2008
· ASP.NET
· JavaScript, XML, Web Services
· Windows Communication Foundation
· Mastery of core development skills
· Strong problem-solving and software design skills
· Minimum 4 years work experience
· Minimum 2 years experience developing custom data-driven .NET applications
· Microsoft Dynamics certification (3.0 is acceptable with commitment to
qualify in 4.0)
