I am not sure if you can control that particular retry time.  Perhaps
someone on the list could confirm that.

However, there is a way to force replication to occur.

You can find that instruction under section 9.11 "Forcing Replication
Updates" in the Red Hat Directory Server 8.2 Administration Guide.
