logconv.pl (that ships with 389) can do this for you. You would want to
use one of these options to create a CSV file:
-m, --reportFileSecs <CSV output file - per second stats>
-M, --reportFileMins <CSV output file - per minute stats>
Example:
logconv.pl -M log-minute-stats-csv.out /logs/access*
