Sorry that I wasn't clear.

I meant instance creation time.

So, what I want to do is:
1. Put the items that I want to add/override to the main configuration into
local_dse.ldif (or something)
2. Tell dscreate to use that file when creating the new instance as the
additional 'default' configuration items

I'll take a look at the ticket and see if it makes sense to jump in there.
