Franchise the Jollibee sounds great but very expensive. 20M+ ata. a good friend & part of my cell group told me last week that they might get a Chowking franchise. 14M ata. + about 2M pa for operational expenses. madali lang naman kumuha ng pera. approx US$250,000 lang naman yan. :)
