In a serious response to #1, there is LinkedIn and StackOverflow both of which 
allow upvoting or liking posts... There is also forums.4d.fr which allows 
voting on posts in some of the sub-forums.

I am not sure how a like button would work in a mailing list; oh but then there 
was #2 - that’s how it looks:
