Hi Chuck, Are you printing to paper to test? There is a known problem with the Preview app not displaying Hairlines. I think it only affects 10.10, and I'm pretty sure it only affect displaying on screen. IOW it does not affect 10.9 or printing from Preview to paper, so probably not what you're seeing, or not seeing as the case may be
