I think it was during the Summit in San Antonio that someone from 4D France
described the change by saying that 4D will not send  a command over the
network until it needs to. The code that was displayed was something like a
Read only/read write command being called and then a built query. 4D Remote
only communicated with server when the last line of the built query was
executed because, at that point, 4D had a discrete operation that it could
execute.
