Hi Miyako,

I sure wish that worked -- would be an easy thing to fix. But even when I 
purposely change another (text/alpha) field, forcing it to save, the 4D Write 
area changes are not saved. And the WR dirty-bit test stays dirty even after 
the SAVE RECORD (and, in fact, even after the ACCEPT -- I have no idea when 4D 
gets around to saving the contents).

If I can't figure this out, I think my recourse will be to hide my arrow 
buttons, which are  procedural. I hate to do that.

Any other ideas most appreciated.
