The only window that gives me a white background title bar is a (-5) Window
Type. This gives a native look on Windows 10. However, this is a modal
window and has no grow box and is not resizeable.

This used to be very easy to do in windows 7/8. In Windows 10 it is not so
easy to do.

Regardless I am not sure why 4D is not rendering the title bar as per the
default theme which has a white background. It would be nice to change this
programmatically but these themes now sit under a read only protected
folder so it may be hard to do.
