I believe it is. You have to compile and build server and associated clients 
once on each machine platform. After that you can compile and build on either 
platform and include volume desktop for both platforms s an upgrade. If you 
have a build clients server app in v11, You can simply use that, connect to 
v14, or v15 server and it will be updated to appropriate version.
