Hi, when running 4D as a service we used to run the desktop app and set up the data file and backup, quit and then run as a service. When running as service it uses whatever parameters we’ve set up. Now with v15r5 on Windows Server 2012 the parameters (location of data file, backup) seem to be stored separately, and nothing we set seems to be remembered. We have to use Interactive Services Detection to get a window and then set the parameters, but even then they aren’t “sticking” (we have 4D’s “use new architecture for application deployments” on as we use auto-update for our single user version) Has someone else handled this already?
