Chip:

One thing to check - Find in design has a setting where you can Find
"Anything" and "where modification date of the parent". Enter a date in
that field and it should give you the changes since that date.


Any chance you've put a date stamp or some other marker or comment to mark
changes?

I use a "programming tag" to mark changes:

C_TEXT($FB0476_T)
  //dvonroeder 20161123 {0476}

FB0476 = case #476 in FogBugz, which is the bug tracking software that I
use.

This is a post facto recommendation but this practice *has* come in handy a
few times.
