In some versions, you can go to the event page of the explorer and do 
"cmde+click" to check/uncheck all (even the grayed checkboxes). But it seem to 
me there's a bug in some v15. You should send a bug anyway. I only see bad 
reasons to NOT have the complete control on events, grayed or not.
