Hi everybody, found the solution to our problem:

@Jeremy:
The approach to add the expression „oApp.ActiveWindow.Activate“ to the VB 
script did not work. Outlook continued behind 4D.

@Christian:
As a matter of fact, the solution was the "hmCal_SET FRONT PROCESS“ command. 
Thank God, we are happy owners of your PlugIn :-)
