I am, both using 4D to directly access the PostgreSQL database with Rob Laveaux’s plugin and using LEP+curl to access APIs I’ve built. Going forward, I am moving away from direct database access to exclusively using APIs. Rails is used for all web access, with no web serving built in 4D at all.
