4D is being used in many countries and places, a section of the human race, 
each with their customary ways of interpreting information.
I deal with this in my market place, in a radius of 15 km, 13 languages are 
spoken, 4 of them I hear constantly around me.
People see, think, reason and connect the dots differently.  And not always are 
they happy to change or adapt.
